Killing Sacred Cows Book Event

On June 29th I had the pleasure of spending some time answering questions to a group about my new book Killing Sacred Cows. I also spent some time discussing the beginnings of the book, my aspirations to impact the world with the book, and going over each chapter plus sharing some personal stories of how I uncovered the myths in my life. The 29th was an amazing day because I had just finished The Curriculum For Wealth Symposium Titled “How to Think Like a Bank.” The symposium was sold out and there was amazing participation and energy from the attendees I am going to have a similar opportunity on July 6th. I will be in St. George presenting a Curriculum For Wealth Symposium and am planning on doing another Roundtable discussion on Killing Sacred Cows in order to launch the new book.

It is days like the 29th and the 6th that I feel most energized and know that I am working in my Soul Purpose. Are you working in your Soul Purpose? If not why? What would it take?

Soul Purpose is within you, when now would would be the best time to discover it?

As a man thinketh

as-a-man-thinketh.jpgI wrote Killing Sacred Cows to train your mind and help you to cultivate the ability to see through the 10 myths that limit wealth creation. At the end of the book, I give a list of recommended readings that I feel will help accomplish this, and I’ve listed a few of those readings here that I highly recommend.

  • As a Man Thinketh by James Allen
  • Positive Imaging by Norman Vincent Peale
  • The Master-Key to Riches by Napoleon Hill
  • Think & Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
  • The Prosperity Paradigm by Steve D’Annunzio
  • The Jackrabbit Factor by Leslie Householder
  • The Richest Man Who Ever Lived by Steven K. Scott
  • Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

Perspective Determines Action
Keep in mind that fear, doubt, and worry are mental viruses that originate from a scarcity paradigm, which itself arises from an ignorance of principles. Fear evaporates when we alter our perspective and begin to consider what other people want and how we can create value for them. Ironically, this shift in focus away from self results in the greatest personal rewards, both in terms of wealth and happiness.
