Sometimes having so much opporutnity creates a dilemma. In my case I have not been the best steward over everything I am doing in some businesses and especially in some of my real estate portfolio. It is critical to determine what opportunities to move on and which opportunities take away from Soul Purpose or that are mostly rate of return driven. Rate of return is a great indicator, but not the only indicator. Many people that get excited about the Producer Paradigm begin to see the abundance of opportunity around them. One thing that I am unique in is creating ideas and brainstorming. That is a great gift and talent, but it is critical that it is communicated with purpose, timelines and is empowering to those implementing these ideas.

For the past few weeks I have been furiosly bringing new ideas to my team without leadership and a plan. Fortunately, this week I took those ideas through models I have created in the Mental FastTrack and it has brought about an opportunity for massive production. I will have to admit it isn’t as fun to create the accountability and timeline to these ideas/projects, but it takes them from merely a philosophy to productivity.

As I have had the number of things to deal with over the past two weeks scarcity entered my life on a regular basis. There were times where I even wanted to be a victim (which relinquishes my power by the way). Fortunatly my education is such that I have an awareness when this flawed thinking or the consumer conditions tugs at my thoughts. So, I will admit, I have been in scarcity several times in the last two weeks, but fortunately I was aware of it and therefore had the power to take action to cure the consumer condition.

As my stewardship increases, so does the number of breakdowns, issues, and liabilities. The great news is that I also have a new perspective and more power so I am able to handle these temporary pitfalls and turn them into meaningful lessons. I know there are no accidents and therefore can be thankful for any trial. In the past I would have wasted time wishing it didn’t happen or dream about life if it didn’t happen. Now I know those things are what allowed me to increase my stewardship and create more value in the world.

Another great thing is that my assets help me to recognize abundance and help me through any difficulty I face. These assets that I talk about are the people in my life that are in the Producer Paradigm. I am thankful for them and glad that I can be authentic enough to admit my shortcomings, yet have them know my genuis still. If you are ever pretending everything is great when it isn’t and don’t have anyone to talk with, go to the person you are most afraid to tell because you think so highly of them. If they are in abundance, they can see clearly and give you advice that the scarcity mind cannot see.

All progress begins with truth. I am willing to be transparent in my life to the public. This is who I am. Count on this, in the next month I will have one of the biggest breakthroughs in production I have ever experienced. This is a time of new growth. Discontent precedes growth.

I am excited for the approaching October 3rd Hour of Power. I will be speaking and explaining the Producer Power Hour concept, membership, and mastermind sessions that follow the videocast each month. We will bring in speakers that have stories, businesses, or experiences relevant to each person creating a successful Power Hour. One of the main benefits of a Power Hour is to develop and cultivate ones Human Life Value. It is going internal to discover Soul Purpose. When a person is living in their Soul Purpose, they are the most powerful producer possible.

The mastermind sessions are designed to utilize the sounding board of a mentor and the human capital of the entire group. Ideas can be expanded through the synergy of a group and it also gives an opportunity to personalize the information shared the hour before. There will be people who attend the presentation live at 9890 South 300 West in Sandy, Utah and yet others will participate around the country. Those in locations without a mentor or a full mastermind group will be given the opportunity to call in on a conference line and participate via the phone. There was actually a radio caller from Louisiana who attended the Producer Power Hour symposium via videocast earlier this month that said he has consistently implemented his Power Hour since the event. He attributed the consistency to his mastermind leader Greg Blackbourn. During the event, Greg was the leader via conference call. It worked tremedously well and so I would expect the same for the monthly masterminds.

Well…..I caught up a bit yesterday, but not quite where I want to be. We have the Producer Power Hour membership coming out October 3, plus I have some speaking opportunities that we are creating product for. The book was picked up by Greenleaf publishing and that requires quite a bit of work and capital to get moving. We are preparing for the Oct. 12 Accredited Network event and Oct. 15 Discovery session with Freedom FastTrack. The licensing program and materials are still being worked on for the new advisors. There are systems and software still being created for the Accredited Network. You probably get the picture at this point.

We are moving radio stations soon. Last night we went through a list of local stations and also one syndicated opportunity with 13 stations over the air and 5 over the net. I will update everyone when we have the final station locked down (might be later today). There are a lot of things happening. We have a great team in place and want to make a massive difference, it is taking massive action and we are on it.

Today I was dealing with so many things that I started to lose energy. Most of the time I have a process that allows me to manage the projects and businesses that I am involved in- even though there are quite a few. As my energy became increasingly low I asked “What is the source of this contention.” At that moment I started to draw a model for how to optimize production through proper delegation and with the structure to see the delegation through. Now, I am not out of the woods yet becasue it is now critical to tranfer all the projects into this new system.

Through the Mental FastTrack I knew that I would be creating a system to deal with these issues, but it wasn’t until I was faced with them that it became clear to me what the system and model was. It always comes back to the Production Continuum though. This model is at the heart of the Freedom FastTrack and is used throughout the program to discover how to take massive, principled action.

So, a very big task awaits me as I will work on this until I create a clearing in my mind and can regain the strength and energy to move forward with clarity and power. The reason I believe the FastTrack programs are so unique comes down to practical application. The most powerful models, worksheets, and processes were developed through my personal experience. Experiences just like the one I had today where I had liabilities to address. These liabilities created an awareness that allowed me to discover an asset.

I must admit, it isn’t always the most peaceful or easy process, but it is effective and when viewed appropriately, creates new possibilities and solutions. To create this model I made a distinction between responsibility and accounability, then I created deadlines that corresponded with the tasks at hand. Now I have a personal solution and a new tool for the next Mental FastTrack.

This morning I was able to interview Steve Harrop for an upcoming Producer Interview. He was a portfolio manager that won 24 lipper awards and managed over 5 billion dollars. I was then able to meet with planned giving department at SUU and create opportunities and relationships for them. After that I went straight to speaking for the students of SUU. I just was accepted by a publisher for my book and have been on conference calls since. Once I have extended internet access I will post some more detail on all the exciting things happening in my business and life.

Today I am at the Four Seasons in Carlsbad, CA. I am speaking at Strategic Equity University with Garrett White. We will be addressing mortgage planners on how live and work by principle. Most have been taught strategy or technique alone and now that the lending market has changed- they are lost. When someone can see that it is about value creation, but most importantly have the eyes of abundance, there is possibility in any situation.

One of the hardest things for people is that when something becomes difficult or goes different than planned, it is an invitation for scarcity and most let the scarcity take over. As an example, mortgage planners are still holding on to how business used to be, how they knew to do it before, and now they have to look at new ways to produce. But, as I said before, the change and difficulty allows scarcity thinking to take over and they are unable to see any viable solutions with this viewpoint.

One of the best things that can be done is to hear from someone that sees the world in it true nature (abundance) and that is concerned with value creation over some limitng technique (when not structured on principle first). This is the context of what I will be speaking on today. It always comes down to the Production Continuum and Soul Purpose. The Production Continuum is a tool to recognize opportunity, capitalize assets, and address liabilities. Then to measure how others will value it and what it would cost to bring anything to others (marketplace). Ultimately, it allows people to see how to align principle with their choices be productive. Soul Purpose allows any individual to do this in a powerful, purposeful way.

On Friday I presented a brand new syposium on The Producer Revoltuion. The new membership is launching on Oct. 3 called the Producer Power Hour. The Producer Power Hour is the way live the Producer Revolution. There are the five tracks of Human Life Value (the qualities and characteristics we possess as human beings) are Financial, Social, Mental, Physical, and Spiritual. Each morning a commitment to develop these tracks is implemented through the Producer Power Hour. We worked together in the symposium to create activities in each track. The Engenuity advisors led mastermind groups to further develop strategies, techniques, and ideas so each person could leave with a full Producer Power Hour. This was very interactive and productive. People left with a system for success.

On another note, I spent 6 hours working in my journal this weekend. I listed the many projects that I have going like: Product Creation, Audio/Video Edits, Foundations Licensing, Company Reporting, Media, Mental FastTrack, Quarterly Quantuums, Book Marketing, Upcoming Books, Event Marketing, Radio, Membership, Personal Assistant Systems, Writing, Economics of Soul Purpose, FFT Licensing, Spiritual FastTrack Retreat, The Accredited Network, Web-sites, Engenuiy, RE Portfolio, 2nd Floor of Building, Accounting, Mission Driven Forum, and Strategic CFO. It was valuable to organize my thoughts and brainstorm. With as many businesses and projects that I have going on, it is critical to identify what is to be accomplished so I can create by who and by when with each item. The more I can simplify what there is to do, the more we can accomplish due to understanding.

One thing I have noticed is that as there is any confusion or feelings of being overwhelmed in my busniess is that it passes to my life. I have an amazing team around me and so I know that the brain makes things always seem worse or more complex than reality. Just by listing everything, brainstorming, and identifying what there is to be done, I feel more confident. Another critical factor is to have deadlines and reporting so I can feel the progress and offer any guidance.

Last week was exciting with a few new articles I wrote being featured in publications. I will be doing some speaking this week in San Diego and also speaking and doing book signing at Southern Utah University. Then, I am sponsoring the Goo Goo Dolls concert on Friday for Southern Utah’s Homecoming. Life is busy, but exciting and fun.

Ron Zeller and I met at his house in Sundance yesterday. It wasn’t long before we were hiking up above the waterfall. This was a great way to have a conversation and get a workout at the same time. The weather was perfect and the view tremendous. Surrounded by nature and an inner sense of peace, there is clarity and creation in such a space.

On our hike I was explaining to Ron, my business partner in Mental FastTrack, the different branches of my business. Really there is the Freedom FastTrack, The Accredited Network, and The Producer Power Hour. Now within those companies are several divisions and subsidiaries.

In the The Accredited Network I have ownership in several companies and revenue agreements with others. Freedom FastTrack has Financial, Spiritual, Mental, Physical and Social tracks. Producer Power Hour has content creation like books, videos, newsletters and various products. When it comes down to it, I have around 30 LLC’s or S-Corps, but all aligned with one purpose- empowering people with education in principles and helping them recognize potential so they can turn it into production.

With radio, speaking, and products, I am able to reach a large number of people and my intention is to create value in a massive way that leads to transformation. For those that I never meet, I want to give enough quality through products and broadcasts that a difference can be made, but if they go through any of the programs the goal is a transformational experience.

There is several ways to reach people and make a difference, but what I realize is that on the right platform you can attract the right people and impact millions. I am in the business of creating opportunity for individuals that work with me. The growth is rapid with this philosophy and the vision of individuals, families, communities and nations understanding and following principles of abundance allowing them to live the greatest life imaginable- namely happiness through spiritual and material prosperity.

Thingsare moving quickly. Just this week we have four new people that have joined the team. An editor for video and audio so that we can produce products from the various things we do on a weekly basis. This will allow for an impact on a more lasting basis and a further reach. It will bring tools to those that are implmenting a Producer Power Hour.

Oz from OMNI Media is now part of the radio team. He produces the show and creates realtionships for syndication and further reach of the program. We actually had a meeting yesterday introducing Oz to all the radio show hosts. It was great to have such a powerful group together asking the question “how can we deliver the most value to people”?

Thomas Dyches, former St. George forum President, is going to take charge on attendance at all events. With all of the things going on in each person’s practice or with the responsibilities that each person on our team faces, it become obvious that we could use a position where there was ultimate responsibility for events.

Brandon Allen, COO of the Accredited Network, has interviewed several writers. I actually have two writers that are part time and another that works on a project basis, but with writing workbooks for mental fasttrack, writing letters for licensees, clients, creating workbooks for new licnesees, writing for each program, and a number of other things, this became a top priority.

This is all perfect timing since the Producer Power Hour membership will be coming out soon and I have been invited to speak for a few powerful organizations where I can offer these products.

The highest result of each daily Producer Power Hour is: to discover the key characteristics and abilities that make up your God-given talents and to determine the purpose of each of our life. This is not based upon what others expectations are or merely upon a profession, but to discover why you are here and what will ignite the passion and unviel the purpose in each one of us. Some people are too busy with life to do a Power Hour, but miss the real opportunity and meaning of life.

This is short and to the point, but creates the context and importance of The Producer Power Hour.
