Time, Space, and Accomplishment

To really accomplish something I have developed a great formula that is working very well for my organizations. I find that if I am not specific about what I am out to accomplish and a time frame that has a beginning and an end to comlplete a project, I procrastinate. One of the best things that I have been doing the past few months is determining what projects I am working on, the amount of time it would take to complete the project, what order the project is to be completed in, who is involved in the project, and so on. There have been times where I haven’t felt like getting something done, but by having this system I am compelled to get things done and it also creates momentum as I know things are moving forward.

On another note, I want to acknoledge Garrett White. He spoke in San Diego for the Learning Annex yesterday and was invited to the big stage. He will be speaking in New York next. It is an awesome accomplishment. I must say that he is one of my favorite speakers to listen to. Congratulations GW.

Weekend and Thanksgiving

Well, I relaxed most of the weekend. It has been rare lately with so much going on. Rejuvination is key though. If energy is low or focus is difficult, rejuvination may be the best cure. Taking some time off allows a recharge and then the activity afterwords is much more productive.

It is Thanksgiving this week. A great opportunity to engage in converstations with those people that produce value or have produced value in our lives. Gratitude is one of the most critical keys to abundance. This week may offically call for gratitude, but it is when we continue that attitude that the difference is made.

Thanks for reading and especially for learning. Create Value!

First Sentence

My son said his first sentence yesterday and it went something like this: “Daddy come home and we go downstairs and play ball?”. Pretty cool that his first sentence was about having a good time with me. It is those moments that are so exciting and precious in life. No business in the Blog today, just a landmark accomplishment from my son.

He is at such a fun age. We play hide and seek and he will close himself in a closet to hide. We play bowling on a video game, or chase each other around the house. He also likes to dance if I put music on. Well, enjoy your family and take a moment to show gratitude to anyone in your family today.

Completion and Stewardship

One of the most effective ways that I have found to gain energy and move forward is to complete anything from the past that drains energy or that is essentially incomplete. Part of being a good steward is completion. I have found that I have made some mistakes by taking on more than I could be a good steward over. This left me fragmented and overwhelmed at times. Just because something is supposed to be a good investment doesn’t mean that it is a good investment for you. If it requires time or energy and that would distract from things that are more in line with Soul Purpose, it might make sense to pass up something that is profitable.

I looked into the past and saw things that were incomplete. Some of the things I neglected to take care of immediately, but over the past month I have been moving forward daily and at the same time completing the past. It is energizing and allows for clarity and especially integrity. Much of the real estate I have owned that wasn’t in line with my Soul Purpose has been sold or I have withdrew my mebership interest in the LLC. Some of these times it has been at a loss, but it allows me to move forward powerfully and increase my stewardship by limiting distractions.

Early in my adult life I had a belief that I wanted to own a tremendous amount of real estate. I believed that all wealthy people had real estate. And I do believe real estate can create value and be a good place to store and build wealth, but now I use the real estate that I plan on keeping.

Engenuity Corporate was dissolved officially this week. Engenuity Salt Lake is still going strong, but without Ray and Les there wasn’t a compelling enough reason to keep a corporation. Michael Isom runs his own branch and office of Engenuity St. George. This was an important completion that now matches the legal documents with the reality in the marketplace. I am a steward over Engenuity Salt Lake and can make choices powerfully and quickly. Michael and I still communicate on a regular basis and maintain partnership in other companies and have a great relationship; we just realized what worked and what would be most effective.

Complete the past and live powerfully in the present.

Production in the face of Excuses

I had a conversation yesterday, where someone that I usually feel inspired by their energy and assured by their perspective, that exposed the thinking of so many people right now. Times have changed in the last quarter with the lending market, real estate, and many in business. Wth this change comes the voices of naysayers and those that have lived in fear and envy for so long. Now we hear from these people as they say things like “I told you that wouldn’t work, it was just a matter of time, etc”.

In actuality one of the best things that has happened to so many people is this difficult time. Many wouldn’t choose it, but it separates those that talk the talk from those willing to walk the walk even when the road has bumps. I want to declare my commitment to producing value. I also commit to choose abundance even in the face of seeming scarcity. I recognize that there are unfulfilled expectations and disappointment. There may even be legitimite situations of lack of integrity, consumption beyond production, and especially lack of communication. Each situation brings its own story in some ways, but unfortunatly the myths and misinformation become formed with speculation and social agreement through fear based gossip.

For those that are having scarcity type of thoughts, I recommend you look internally, ask yourself what choice you can make in the moment and pay attention to your conversations. Are the conversations about creating value or complaining? Are they productive or really just t villify? When things go wrong, there is a cycle that begins by those that talk about what is wrong. Even in difficult times, there is always a choice in the moment. There is still Human Life Value and Soul Purpose. Some of the best things I have learned in life or the greatest breakthroughs happened when times or things were tough.

I have had some things happen in real estate, in business partnerships, and with my businesses this last month that I would not have expected, chosen, or necessarily wanted. But what I have found is that when these things happen I am given a choice in the moment. It is through these choices that I gain power and perspective. Even in the moment when it isn’t preferred, it many times is the very fuel of production and breakthrough. I even see it as a gift. When I am thankful for the events and experiences in my life, I maintain a life of abundance. To share something very personal, I have been writing a reality statement each week to grow during these times and continue to love my life:
Thank you for the blessing of this day, the perfection of this moment, the sacredness of this life. Allow me to see and live abundance. To express love. To choose wisely. Thank you for the gifts of experience, the perspective of Soul Purpose, and the enlightened life. Allow me to recognize the Godself and feed this abundance with attention and energy. When I am aware of my limitation I say- Remeber God, Choose Love, and Create Value. This transcends any fear, doubt, or worry. Love, Happiness, faith, and poweris who I am. I am a vehicle of your love. AMEN

So, today I woke up tired, but I created the space for amazing production, therefore I will produce. The principles apply in good times and bad. It is the bad times that allow us to learn and align. Where are you and what are you committed to? I am committed to my Soul Purpose and creating value, regardless of circumstance.

A Big Week

Last week I worked every day. There was much to be done and much of it was fun. I was able to spend some time on a road trip with Steve D’Annunzio, Greg, and Amber. We did the event in St. George (The Soul Purpose Igniter) and it was powerful. There was a great energy in the room because there were just tremendous people.

The second half of my road trip was with Shon Wilson. We went to my hometown of Price, Utah. I was able to show him where some of my friends live and where grew up. We also met up with my grandparents and had some dinner. I am a partner in a hotel in Helper, Utah. Shon and I were investigating options to be more profitable or to liquidate this property.

We were also able to spend time refining and brainstorming on The Accredited Network Elite. This is a program for unique situations and non-conventional opportunitites.

This is a crazy week as well. I won’t be speaking 6 times like last week, but I will doing a symposium this Friday. Join me if you would like as we discuss The Prosperity Paradigm.

Horizon Retreat

Steve D’Annunzio and I had a great event with 50 people yesterday. It was called the Soul Purpose Magnifier and was a Roundtable workshop teaching principles, then allowing people to work on their Soul Purpose Theme. The event was amazing because the participants were so honest and willing to fully engage.

I then spoke at two breakout sessions for the Horizon retreat. One session was on my book “Killing Sacred Cows.” That was fun as well because I was able to joke around and just have fun with the group.

This week has been packed. From the Hour of Power, to the Horizon Retreat, plus all the regular business throughout the week. It is not over yet though. Today, we are doing an event called the Soul Purpose Igniter. It is in St. George and there is no charge to anyone that wants to attend. Steve and I feel that it is in our stewardship to make sure that we are offering an opportunity to as many people as possible to discover their Soul Purpose.

Life is fun when you spend time with people that want to make a massive difference and appreciate your talents. That is the type of team and partners I have. It hasn’t always been easy and there is still many times we make difficult choices, but it make is it all worthwhile when we are living our Soul Purpose.

The Rundown

Today I am going to be able to spend the whole day working with Steve D’annunzio and Roberto Monaco. We are preparing for four speaking engagements this week. Steve and I do a half day workshop on Soul Purpose this Friday at The Grand America. After the workshop I am doing two breakout sessions. One is on Killing Sacred Cows and the other is on insurance. For the insurance segment I am acutally going to talk about insurance of the mind, not about a particular product. Saturday morning I do another Killing Sacred Cows session and then Steve and I travel to St. George for the Soul Purpose Igniter. If you are interested in attending any of the above mentioned events, contact Thomas Dyches at 800-452-7203.

Last night we had our Hour of Power featuring Steve D’annunzio. The place with packed and full of energy. This is only the second Hour of Power that we have had, but it had almost double the people that attended the inagural session. After the speaker is finished, we do mastermind session where people share and customize the experience. This creates accountability and internalization. Roberto Monaco will be our next featured guest on December 5. These are on the first Wednesday of the month and can be attended in person or via videocast on ProducerPowerHour.com.

Production Cultivator

I created a program called the Mental FastTrack and in that program there is a model that is called the Production Cultivator. Brandon Allen, COO, and I spent several hours and even met late last night to take the different companies and projects that I have through this model. The beauty is that it creates clarity in moving forward with any project and allows for proper managment of deadlines. We established the different people that would be involved with each project, the different components and order of completion for these projects.

There is another tool that we used from the Mental FastTrack called the Time/Space Continuum. It calls any project forth powerfully in the moment by establishing the space or future moments where things are accomplished. Some people refer to this space as a meeting, but I am talking about a focued meeting. This may even be with just two parties. Anytime a meeting is scheduled, a clear purpose and end result is established beforehand. Understanding and listing the accomplishment of the meeting ahead of time allows for the most effective and efficient use of time.

These two models together are referred to a the Production Optimizer. By seeing the big picture, reverse engineering from result to first step, and then creating the accountabilities, order, and deadlines, I am able to implement my vision by empowering my team. This is exciting and cutting edge on bringing forth some massive results.

Yesterday I was also able to finish the Freedom FastTrack Application with Rick Allenbach, our brand and design manager. This will be in every intro packet for any program in the FasTrack. I also was able to work on the final touches for the introductory packets for Soul Purpose and Mental FastTrack with Rebecca Sato, our writer.

I just wanted to share some of my day with everyone. Production is a good feeling. We have such amazing talent in our organization.

Soul Purpose Igniter

This week Steve D’Annunzio will be flying in from New York to do the Hour of Power in Salt Lake City and The Soul Purpose Igniter in St. George. Steve has dedicated his life to Soul Purpose, his own and mentoring others in discovering theirs. Many people don’t know what their Soul Purpose is and Steve is going to share the Spiritual Disciplines necessary to uncover Soul Purpose. What I mean by uncover is that we already have a Soul Purpose, it is just hidden by the misinformation, busyness, and therefore we are blind to it.

If you would like to join us for the Hour of Power, no matter where you are, go to Producer Power Hour.com and register for in person or via videocast. We will be in St. George on the 10th at the Dixie Center and you can register for that evening event at freedmfasttrack.com. There are plenty of great things happening this week and it is around the key to happiness. Soul Purpose
