Steve D’Annunzio and I had a great event with 50 people yesterday. It was called the Soul Purpose Magnifier and was a Roundtable workshop teaching principles, then allowing people to work on their Soul Purpose Theme. The event was amazing because the participants were so honest and willing to fully engage.

I then spoke at two breakout sessions for the Horizon retreat. One session was on my book “Killing Sacred Cows.” That was fun as well because I was able to joke around and just have fun with the group.

This week has been packed. From the Hour of Power, to the Horizon Retreat, plus all the regular business throughout the week. It is not over yet though. Today, we are doing an event called the Soul Purpose Igniter. It is in St. George and there is no charge to anyone that wants to attend. Steve and I feel that it is in our stewardship to make sure that we are offering an opportunity to as many people as possible to discover their Soul Purpose.

Life is fun when you spend time with people that want to make a massive difference and appreciate your talents. That is the type of team and partners I have. It hasn’t always been easy and there is still many times we make difficult choices, but it make is it all worthwhile when we are living our Soul Purpose.

Today I am going to be able to spend the whole day working with Steve D’annunzio and Roberto Monaco. We are preparing for four speaking engagements this week. Steve and I do a half day workshop on Soul Purpose this Friday at The Grand America. After the workshop I am doing two breakout sessions. One is on Killing Sacred Cows and the other is on insurance. For the insurance segment I am acutally going to talk about insurance of the mind, not about a particular product. Saturday morning I do another Killing Sacred Cows session and then Steve and I travel to St. George for the Soul Purpose Igniter. Last night we had our Hour of Power featuring Steve D’annunzio. The place with packed and full of energy. This is only the second Hour of Power that we have had, but it had almost double the people that attended the inagural session. After the speaker is finished, we do mastermind session where people share and customize the experience. This creates accountability and internalization. Roberto Monaco will be our next featured guest on December 5. These are on the first Wednesday of the month and can be attended in person or via videocast on ProducerPowerHour.com.

This week Steve D’Annunzio will be flying in from New York to do the Hour of Power in Salt Lake City and The Soul Purpose Igniter in St. George. Steve has dedicated his life to Soul Purpose, his own and mentoring others in discovering theirs. Many people don’t know what their Soul Purpose is and Steve is going to share the Spiritual Disciplines necessary to uncover Soul Purpose. What I mean by uncover is that we already have a Soul Purpose, it is just hidden by the misinformation, busyness, and therefore we are blind to it.

October was probably the craziest month I have ever had in business. I apologize for breaking my word on these past few posts. I had the intention to start posting 4-5 times per week again, but obviously I didn’t do that. Sorry. Breaking my word is unacceptable and I sincerely apologize.

There has been much going on. In previous posts and during the last few Wealth Symposiums, I have declared that I would be selling much of my real estate. For the most part, real estate has not been something that supports my Soul Purpose and in many cases it takes me further from my Soul Purpose. Well….I have several properties in partnership and my partner is heading towards bankruptcy. For the first time in my life I consulted an attorney for something that was more reactionary or to deal with difficulty rather than proactively planning. In the wake of any seemingly negative news, comes the good side. This has sped up my declaration to clean up my real estate holdings.

Another example of the bright side, for every decision that I have made that will either result in a loss or at least an inconvience, I made ten great decisions. Without these situations I wouldn’t be able to recognize principles as clearly. It leaves me with the question “if what you knew to be true turned out not to be, when would you want to know about it?” What if not knowing created temporary comfort for you, would you still want to know? I say resoundingly YES. These temporary obstacles give insight to great lessons and even though they are uncomfortable and difficult, they are the catalyst for growth.

Just this last Friday we had our second Quarterly Quantum for Mental FastTrack. The models were powerful and the group is absolutely amazing. The amount of Human Capital that is represented in those events is massive. What I am saying is that the genuis, Soul Purpose, and ingenuity that is represented by such a high calibur group brings about enormous value in the marketplace and for sure in my life.

This week Steve D’Annunzio is in town. He will be doing the Hour of Power on Wednesday. This is a videocast that anyone can attend at 6:30 mst either at 9890 South 300 West Sandy, Utah or live via videocast at ProducerPowerHour.com. It will be powerful for those of you wanted to find your Soul Purpose. Steve will be talking about the Spiritual Track where Soul Purpose already resides, just yet to be uncovered.

This last month the rough draft to The Money Tree was complete, the Quarterly Curriculum for the Producer Power Hour. I will be working on it all day and then Garrett White will join me for the second half of the day (he is a co-author on the book).

In summary, here are a few things that happened last month. The Prosperity Paradigm had a retreat last month, the intro packets for the Mental FastTrack and Soul Purpose FastTrack are nearly complete. The Producer Power Hour was launched. I began as a guest on the Kate Delany show (a nationally syndicated radio program). Hired a new writer. Committed to a literary agent and Killing Sacred Cows was picked up by a publisher. Also had several articles published. The Accredited Network now presents an event that is open to the public and we launched our first one last month successfully. Many obstacles to face, but much more positives to be thankful for. What is your perspective?

Sometimes having so much opporutnity creates a dilemma. In my case I have not been the best steward over everything I am doing in some businesses and especially in some of my real estate portfolio. It is critical to determine what opportunities to move on and which opportunities take away from Soul Purpose or that are mostly rate of return driven. Rate of return is a great indicator, but not the only indicator. Many people that get excited about the Producer Paradigm begin to see the abundance of opportunity around them. One thing that I am unique in is creating ideas and brainstorming. That is a great gift and talent, but it is critical that it is communicated with purpose, timelines and is empowering to those implementing these ideas.

For the past few weeks I have been furiosly bringing new ideas to my team without leadership and a plan. Fortunately, this week I took those ideas through models I have created in the Mental FastTrack and it has brought about an opportunity for massive production. I will have to admit it isn’t as fun to create the accountability and timeline to these ideas/projects, but it takes them from merely a philosophy to productivity.

As I have had the number of things to deal with over the past two weeks scarcity entered my life on a regular basis. There were times where I even wanted to be a victim (which relinquishes my power by the way). Fortunatly my education is such that I have an awareness when this flawed thinking or the consumer conditions tugs at my thoughts. So, I will admit, I have been in scarcity several times in the last two weeks, but fortunately I was aware of it and therefore had the power to take action to cure the consumer condition.

As my stewardship increases, so does the number of breakdowns, issues, and liabilities. The great news is that I also have a new perspective and more power so I am able to handle these temporary pitfalls and turn them into meaningful lessons. I know there are no accidents and therefore can be thankful for any trial. In the past I would have wasted time wishing it didn’t happen or dream about life if it didn’t happen. Now I know those things are what allowed me to increase my stewardship and create more value in the world.

Another great thing is that my assets help me to recognize abundance and help me through any difficulty I face. These assets that I talk about are the people in my life that are in the Producer Paradigm. I am thankful for them and glad that I can be authentic enough to admit my shortcomings, yet have them know my genuis still. If you are ever pretending everything is great when it isn’t and don’t have anyone to talk with, go to the person you are most afraid to tell because you think so highly of them. If they are in abundance, they can see clearly and give you advice that the scarcity mind cannot see.

All progress begins with truth. I am willing to be transparent in my life to the public. This is who I am. Count on this, in the next month I will have one of the biggest breakthroughs in production I have ever experienced. This is a time of new growth. Discontent precedes growth.

Today I am at the Four Seasons in Carlsbad, CA. I am speaking at Strategic Equity University with Garrett White. We will be addressing mortgage planners on how live and work by principle. Most have been taught strategy or technique alone and now that the lending market has changed- they are lost. When someone can see that it is about value creation, but most importantly have the eyes of abundance, there is possibility in any situation.

One of the hardest things for people is that when something becomes difficult or goes different than planned, it is an invitation for scarcity and most let the scarcity take over. As an example, mortgage planners are still holding on to how business used to be, how they knew to do it before, and now they have to look at new ways to produce. But, as I said before, the change and difficulty allows scarcity thinking to take over and they are unable to see any viable solutions with this viewpoint.

One of the best things that can be done is to hear from someone that sees the world in it true nature (abundance) and that is concerned with value creation over some limitng technique (when not structured on principle first). This is the context of what I will be speaking on today. It always comes down to the Production Continuum and Soul Purpose. The Production Continuum is a tool to recognize opportunity, capitalize assets, and address liabilities. Then to measure how others will value it and what it would cost to bring anything to others (marketplace). Ultimately, it allows people to see how to align principle with their choices be productive. Soul Purpose allows any individual to do this in a powerful, purposeful way.

The highest result of each daily Producer Power Hour is: to discover the key characteristics and abilities that make up your God-given talents and to determine the purpose of each of our life. This is not based upon what others expectations are or merely upon a profession, but to discover why you are here and what will ignite the passion and unviel the purpose in each one of us. Some people are too busy with life to do a Power Hour, but miss the real opportunity and meaning of life.

This is short and to the point, but creates the context and importance of The Producer Power Hour.

It is fun to work with big opportuntites. We met with a media company yesterday and talked about being on a talk show and syndicating the radio. These guys are passionate and have significant success in their industry. To implement the mission at Freedom FastTrack, The Accredited Network, and with The Producer Power Hour, media can allow us to impact many more people.

The people that have been affilitated, participated, or even that listen to the radio have had a positive impact in their life. But to have more people know and recognize Soul Purpose is the next step. I am energized to spread the message that people can capitalize potential by doing what they are most passionate about and without the worry about money that blinds so many people to Soul Purpose.

We have new people that have joined our team this week as well. I am talking with someone on Friday, interviewed another person earlier this week in addition. With the speaking opportunties, radio opportunities, and new licensees coming on board, I am excited to continue to employ producer minded people or partner with more people to create systems, reach out to people, and initiate transformation with the powerful message and programs we have.

Opportunity is exciting and energizing when it expands the reach of a mission.

Well…my dad is a federal mine inspector for MSHA, so he has been working on the rescue at Crandall Canyon Mine. This isn’t a new experience for him; he was on the mine rescue team during the Wilburg mine disaster in the 80’s.

As I have checked my phone people have texted or called to offer their prayers and thoughts for my dad and those that are trapped in the mine. It means a lot to me for sure.

The things that the rescue team has done in order to save the trapped miners is insane. The places that these men have crawled have reporters who have spent time in Iraq and Afghanistan saying it is the scariest thing they have ever witnessed.

I am from Price, Utah and have many family members that have been or are coal miners. My great-grandfather came over from Southern Italy to mine. He lived in the small town of Sunnyside, Utah. Both of my grandfathers worked in the mine. Of course my dad did as well and many of his brothers too.

I can remember times growing up where we would be on vacation and hear about a mine fire or death of a miner that was at a mine that my dad worked or just have my dad come home and tell me about someone that was killed or seriously injured. It is something that happens because it is a dangerous profession. Actually, people close to me like my little league baseball coach have died in a mine accidents.

One of the reasons there are so many people that work under such duress and in these conditions was brought to my attention by my dad. He informed me that in the 1970’s miners made as much as most professions that required a college degree. Fortunately, my dad taught me, due to his experience, that I could have a future with unlimited potential and that physical labor may not create the highest value for who I was. Now I don’t say that to degrade miners, but I do want to point out the importance of Soul Purpose. There may be people that mine with passion and have absolutely no fear while doing it, but for many it is a choice about the easy path to make money (in the short run). Making that money has a very high cost though- as we have seen with this mine disaster.

My dad actually spends so much less time in dangerous situations because he took a very hard route when I was a teenager. He went back to school and got a degree that allowed him to move to mine inspection. This was the hard-easy route. It would have been easier in the moment to stay in underground mining, but what would that look like long-term- very hard. Now, he loves the job (even if it is federal). Fortunately, I was able to recruit my mom away from the government, but not my dad just yet.

I want to acknowledge and thank my father for talking with me as a young man. We discussed the possibilities beyond the physical realm of mining. As I said before, mining is a noble, yet dangerous profession. Black Lung, physical ailments due to the strenuous work, and layoffs during cycles made mining less than desirable for me. We all have a mind and through Soul Purpose can create massive value. There is a higher realm when follow your Soul Purpose. It is worth it and makes all the difference.

My thoughts and prayers go to the miners and their families. This is a difficult situation with people being killed and the uncertainty of the status of the trapped miners.

Most of the time though, I have been thinking of my dad. Last night I was able to talk with him and I had a very direct conversation with him. I will talk about it in my next blog.

I was able to spend some time with the Partners 4 Prosperity owners last night. They came over for dinner and we just had powerful and fun discussion for a few hours. Before dinner I was able to meet with a few other advisors- Dan Roether and then Joe Casselman. They were in for the Discovery session with Freedom FastTrack. It is enjoyable to have discussions on how to make a positive impact in an industry rooted in fear of loss and scarcity.

Really, it is the presentation of the material and conversation with the participants where I am able to deepen my own understanding of what is happening and what people are facing, but most importantly I see what we can do about it.

Financial Planning has little to do with Production. It violates the very principles that are discussed on this web-site and that is why it fails. When you begin with principle and look how your investments can allow you to be more productive and not just hope they gain interest, an awakening into new possibility opens up.

Instead of accumulating money for 40 years or just living off the interest, why not get cash flow today, and then focus on Soul Purpose? That is what Freedom FastTrack is really about, Soul Purpose today.
