From Thanksgiving until last Friday I took some time to focus on rejuvination and family. That was one type of retreat. But the other retreat that I am talking about has to do with business. I spent Friday leading all team members, advisors, and managers in coordinated vision and immediate direction. It is essential to take days to engage in philosophy and building foundational platform for production and where people are empowered though education and commitmented action. It provides the opportunity for the group to contribute by brainstorming and designing the maximum delivery of value to the maximum number of people.

Marketing was one of the most highly talked about areas of the retreat. It came about as we talked about contribution and impact. It wouldn’t just be a small impact, but a transformational impact leading to greater health, wealth and happiness.

I did another retreat with The Accredited Network on Monday. It was a room filled with power and is exciting to see people that have such expertise come together in principle and seek to leave a mark that leaves the world unrecognizable. The Accredited Network comes together in a common philosophy and principle in a financial world where that has been seeming impossible. Most advisors, experts, and mentors disagree on philosphy and therefore techniques and strategies are inconsistent and contrary to maximum production for the client. With the Network, there is more than just the common philosophy, there is expertise to implement strategies, techniques, and all forms of implementation. This takes it beyond mere philosophy and brings forth production. Taking all of this into consideration and then add mentoring and accountability with the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and any mentor with the FastTrack programs and there is a true formula for success.

It was critical to come together and confirm our mission, expand possibilities, unlock ideas, and unite in purpose. These days where there are no checks written, make all the difference for all checks to be written in the future. It is one of the most important functions of a business to buy-in on the vision, create the plan to implement, and move forward with full power.

On Friday, there will be a symposium called The Mirror. It is about cultivating Human Life Value in order to have the property value and resources reflect your potential. It is really a course in the philosophy behind the Freedom FastTrack. It was actually the blueprint for many of the most valueable tools and philosphies in Financial FastTrack today. October was probably the craziest month I have ever had in business. I apologize for breaking my word on these past few posts. I had the intention to start posting 4-5 times per week again, but obviously I didn’t do that. Sorry. Breaking my word is unacceptable and I sincerely apologize.

There has been much going on. In previous posts and during the last few Wealth Symposiums, I have declared that I would be selling much of my real estate. For the most part, real estate has not been something that supports my Soul Purpose and in many cases it takes me further from my Soul Purpose. Well….I have several properties in partnership and my partner is heading towards bankruptcy. For the first time in my life I consulted an attorney for something that was more reactionary or to deal with difficulty rather than proactively planning. In the wake of any seemingly negative news, comes the good side. This has sped up my declaration to clean up my real estate holdings.

Another example of the bright side, for every decision that I have made that will either result in a loss or at least an inconvience, I made ten great decisions. Without these situations I wouldn’t be able to recognize principles as clearly. It leaves me with the question “if what you knew to be true turned out not to be, when would you want to know about it?” What if not knowing created temporary comfort for you, would you still want to know? I say resoundingly YES. These temporary obstacles give insight to great lessons and even though they are uncomfortable and difficult, they are the catalyst for growth.

Just this last Friday we had our second Quarterly Quantum for Mental FastTrack. The models were powerful and the group is absolutely amazing. The amount of Human Capital that is represented in those events is massive. What I am saying is that the genuis, Soul Purpose, and ingenuity that is represented by such a high calibur group brings about enormous value in the marketplace and for sure in my life.

This week Steve D’Annunzio is in town. He will be doing the Hour of Power on Wednesday. This is a videocast that anyone can attend at 6:30 mst either at 9890 South 300 West Sandy, Utah or live via videocast at ProducerPowerHour.com. It will be powerful for those of you wanted to find your Soul Purpose. Steve will be talking about the Spiritual Track where Soul Purpose already resides, just yet to be uncovered.

This last month the rough draft to The Money Tree was complete, the Quarterly Curriculum for the Producer Power Hour. I will be working on it all day and then Garrett White will join me for the second half of the day (he is a co-author on the book).

In summary, here are a few things that happened last month. The Prosperity Paradigm had a retreat last month, the intro packets for the Mental FastTrack and Soul Purpose FastTrack are nearly complete. The Producer Power Hour was launched. I began as a guest on the Kate Delany show (a nationally syndicated radio program). Hired a new writer. Committed to a literary agent and Killing Sacred Cows was picked up by a publisher. Also had several articles published. The Accredited Network now presents an event that is open to the public and we launched our first one last month successfully. Many obstacles to face, but much more positives to be thankful for. What is your perspective?

Tonight I will appear as a guest on the Kate Delaney show. It is a nationally syndicated radio program that airs at different times throughout the nation. For people in Utah I belive it will be on KSL radio at around 12:15.

It was a fun day working on licensing or expansion for The Strategic CFO and also for Foundations Insurance. It is moving much quicker than I had anticipated and will provide an opportunity for people to utilize and license these programs for anywhere in the US.

Creating systems and simplicity is a great way to be productive. In the past few weeks I worked on creating clarity so that I can move quickly with the various projects that I have going on. I have much to read and to still create in just the next week, but I am moving at a rate that I have more content and products coming out in one month than I have ever had come out over an entire year. It is fun and energizing.

It was a week of tremendous activity since last Monday. Well….everywhere but in this blog. I am back in the saddle when it comes to writing and updated the blog this week. Thanks for your patience.

This Friday we had our first public Accredited Network event with the new format. In the morning session, The Enlightenment, we heard from the Business Blueprint. This is the company that spends at least one day a month with me to increase the value and experience of my companies.

In the afternoon we had a roundtable with the expert advisors in the Accredited Network. This allowed for the participants in the day to learn in more intimate groups and personalize their experience.

Over the weekend, we had a retreat with The Prosperity Paradigm. This is the company that runs the Soul Purpose FastTrack. You may have heard of this FastTrack referred to Spiritual or Transformation FastTrack, but it is now officially renamed. The purpose of the FastTrack is for people to discover their Soul Purpose in one year or less.

Today, I am doing a Discovery session with the potential licensees and licensees of the Financial FastTrack. Here we spend a day to delve into the entire program and create the context for the advisors to thrive.

Plenty going on. Great things are happening.

Ron Zeller and I met at his house in Sundance yesterday. It wasn’t long before we were hiking up above the waterfall. This was a great way to have a conversation and get a workout at the same time. The weather was perfect and the view tremendous. Surrounded by nature and an inner sense of peace, there is clarity and creation in such a space.

On our hike I was explaining to Ron, my business partner in Mental FastTrack, the different branches of my business. Really there is the Freedom FastTrack, The Accredited Network, and The Producer Power Hour. Now within those companies are several divisions and subsidiaries.

In the The Accredited Network I have ownership in several companies and revenue agreements with others. Freedom FastTrack has Financial, Spiritual, Mental, Physical and Social tracks. Producer Power Hour has content creation like books, videos, newsletters and various products. When it comes down to it, I have around 30 LLC’s or S-Corps, but all aligned with one purpose- empowering people with education in principles and helping them recognize potential so they can turn it into production.

With radio, speaking, and products, I am able to reach a large number of people and my intention is to create value in a massive way that leads to transformation. For those that I never meet, I want to give enough quality through products and broadcasts that a difference can be made, but if they go through any of the programs the goal is a transformational experience.

There is several ways to reach people and make a difference, but what I realize is that on the right platform you can attract the right people and impact millions. I am in the business of creating opportunity for individuals that work with me. The growth is rapid with this philosophy and the vision of individuals, families, communities and nations understanding and following principles of abundance allowing them to live the greatest life imaginable- namely happiness through spiritual and material prosperity.

Thingsare moving quickly. Just this week we have four new people that have joined the team. An editor for video and audio so that we can produce products from the various things we do on a weekly basis. This will allow for an impact on a more lasting basis and a further reach. It will bring tools to those that are implmenting a Producer Power Hour.

Oz from OMNI Media is now part of the radio team. He produces the show and creates realtionships for syndication and further reach of the program. We actually had a meeting yesterday introducing Oz to all the radio show hosts. It was great to have such a powerful group together asking the question “how can we deliver the most value to people”?

Thomas Dyches, former St. George forum President, is going to take charge on attendance at all events. With all of the things going on in each person’s practice or with the responsibilities that each person on our team faces, it become obvious that we could use a position where there was ultimate responsibility for events.

Brandon Allen, COO of the Accredited Network, has interviewed several writers. I actually have two writers that are part time and another that works on a project basis, but with writing workbooks for mental fasttrack, writing letters for licensees, clients, creating workbooks for new licnesees, writing for each program, and a number of other things, this became a top priority.

This is all perfect timing since the Producer Power Hour membership will be coming out soon and I have been invited to speak for a few powerful organizations where I can offer these products.

It is fun to work with big opportuntites. We met with a media company yesterday and talked about being on a talk show and syndicating the radio. These guys are passionate and have significant success in their industry. To implement the mission at Freedom FastTrack, The Accredited Network, and with The Producer Power Hour, media can allow us to impact many more people.

The people that have been affilitated, participated, or even that listen to the radio have had a positive impact in their life. But to have more people know and recognize Soul Purpose is the next step. I am energized to spread the message that people can capitalize potential by doing what they are most passionate about and without the worry about money that blinds so many people to Soul Purpose.

We have new people that have joined our team this week as well. I am talking with someone on Friday, interviewed another person earlier this week in addition. With the speaking opportunties, radio opportunities, and new licensees coming on board, I am excited to continue to employ producer minded people or partner with more people to create systems, reach out to people, and initiate transformation with the powerful message and programs we have.

Opportunity is exciting and energizing when it expands the reach of a mission.

I feel like there is so much opportunity out there. Right now I am excited to launch the back-end of Freedom FastTrack as I am licensing it to other advisors thorughout the nation. The particular program that is being licensed right now is the Financial FastTrack. There is a Discovery session on October 15th for aspiring licensees and as additional support and training for those that are already licensed. I really enjoy presenting these as it is an expression of the core foundation of what the solution is to the problems that people face financially and the ramifictions of all other areas of ones life.

The other business that supports the Financial FastTrack with implementation is the Accredited Network. It is fun to finalize the licensing programs for accountants, insurance agents, attorneys and other professionals. We are having a public event on the 12th of October for 199 dollars where the Business Blueprint (a company that has consulted many of the companies that I am involved with) will present and then there will be roundtable sessions with the expert advisors.

On October 1 we will be launching the Producer Power Hour membership. I already listed the benefis in an earlier post, but am excited to deliver product and techniques for people to implement the Producer Power Hour daily in their life.

These are the three core businesses that I am involved in that supply, support, and progress the mission of turning potential into production. In each of these businesses is a multitude of opportunity.
