Conversations and Imagination
I had mentioned in my last post that I would continue a discussion that I had with my father in my posts. The basis of the conversation has to do with human nature and external pressures.
All too often people look for happiness, direction, and advice from other people. The danger of this is when people are motivated by how they look to others rather than what is in line internally based upon choice. There is so much about the mining collapse on the news and there are so many opinions. My feelings are that we go with certainty versus gambling. This is the same advice I give with investing and creating abundance. The more education you can obtain, the more certainty that is possible.
There is uncertainty to the safety of any rescue effort and especially the safety to those going into the mine. There is certainty to preventing further death or injury by not sending people underground where the mine is so unstable. For many though, there is a feeling of guilt to go make an effort and sacrifice their own life for the opinion of others. Now, I know many of them care and want to help, but many people have expectations of others to do something regardless of the risk to someone elses’ life. Rather than attempt to rescue via the method of digging underground, they are looking for life from drilling and sending mics and cameras. It must be difficult on the families, but do we want to risk the lives of many more for a chance? What are the most certain methods to save these miners or recover them? That is the question.
On a lighter note, I was able to go to Disneyland with my family recently. A good friend and his family met us there and then Woody Woodward and his wife joined us later on. I love the naming process of Disney and that it is about happiness and dreams. We had a great time enjoying the Human Life Value of many, starting with Walt Disney. It existed in his imagination first and now is availble for millions to enjoy.
When Walt Disney went to the banks and other lenders to obtain financing they all told him no. Many actully said he was up in the night and just flat out crazy. When someone is a market maker and is paving a way that doesn’t exist already, this is common to be told it is not possible. It may not have been possible in the past, but is now because of Soul Purpose. Those that are revolutionary with face resistance. Persist and believe- it is possible.
