Last night was the first video cast of our Producer Forum. We are excited to introduce this technology so we can have further reach with the message of prosperity and principles. We are actually doing our first video cast for the CFW (Curriculum for Wealth) on July 27th. The good news is that this is just the beginning.
Ryan Bradshaw, the CIO of the Accredited Network, is working with our architect to build a TV studio on the second floor of the building. We are working on the technology to have guests appear on split screen and from the comfort of their own city. We began Freedom FastTrack radio earlier this year, but with video casting and a tv studio, we can take it to a whole new level.
On another note, today is what we call a Friday Monthly. It is where the partners of Engenuity SLC spend one-on-one time with each team member and advisor. We actually have different questions that we cover each quarter, but the other two monthies in that quarter we have a Attitude/Altitude sheet that ranks fifteen areas. This meeting allows us to see if our perspectives are aligned, if there are any changes to be made to allow someone to be more aligned with Soul Purpose, congratulate and appreciate in areas of excellence, to create clarity moving forward, acknoledge and adjust any areas of discontent, and so on. With my schedule, this is some of the only time that I spend concentrated time with many of these individuals. We have discovered incredible things, made major adjustments, and just acknoledged people in past Monthlies. This is critical to the vision and implementation of our mission.
When these 15-30 minute meetings are complete, we then have a gathering with the people in the firm and their families. We order some food and just have a social event. We are now beginning to invite people who are going through the Freedom FastTrack to join us and meet the other members of the Board of Directors and just have a good time.
These are the things I love most about business. It gives me an opportunity to create events and implement ideas just like Monthlies and the Social.
