Production Cultivator
I created a program called the Mental FastTrack and in that program there is a model that is called the Production Cultivator. Brandon Allen, COO, and I spent several hours and even met late last night to take the different companies and projects that I have through this model. The beauty is that it creates clarity in moving forward with any project and allows for proper managment of deadlines. We established the different people that would be involved with each project, the different components and order of completion for these projects.
There is another tool that we used from the Mental FastTrack called the Time/Space Continuum. It calls any project forth powerfully in the moment by establishing the space or future moments where things are accomplished. Some people refer to this space as a meeting, but I am talking about a focued meeting. This may even be with just two parties. Anytime a meeting is scheduled, a clear purpose and end result is established beforehand. Understanding and listing the accomplishment of the meeting ahead of time allows for the most effective and efficient use of time.
These two models together are referred to a the Production Optimizer. By seeing the big picture, reverse engineering from result to first step, and then creating the accountabilities, order, and deadlines, I am able to implement my vision by empowering my team. This is exciting and cutting edge on bringing forth some massive results.
Yesterday I was also able to finish the Freedom FastTrack Application with Rick Allenbach, our brand and design manager. This will be in every intro packet for any program in the FasTrack. I also was able to work on the final touches for the introductory packets for Soul Purpose and Mental FastTrack with Rebecca Sato, our writer.
I just wanted to share some of my day with everyone. Production is a good feeling. We have such amazing talent in our organization.
